Open application period
Are you ready to return to retreats? I know we are!
Starting today, April 12th, Sanctus Ranch will launch our “open application” period. As the last year has turned so many things upside down for so many, we have decided to make some changes to our booking process. We are also aware that many have changes on their side that need attention. Therefore, we feel the best possible approach is to launch this “open” period.
We will reach out to all previous retreats and offer them a chance to secure their reserved spot and contract. This “open” period will run from today through April 30th. At that time we will contact groups to officially book their retreats and groups will have 10 days to submit the signed contract and NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee. If a group does not/is not able to sign the contract, other groups will be offered that slot on a first come, first served bases.
Here are somethings that are new:
$500 NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee (previously a $1,000 deposit)
Ability to contract specific accommodations (Vespers Lodge, Corpus Lodge)
Minimum Guaranteed Charges (based on accommodations selected)
Smaller group reservations (book as few as 15 people)
Caritas House (our new meeting space for groups under 50)
NO CHANGE IN PRICING FROM PREVIOUS YEAR!
We truly hope the reduced fee to book each event and the ability for groups to reserve smaller size retreats will be a blessing. Also, we will now allow people to book two years out. We will then release new dates each year, giving the opportunity for more groups to get on the calendar and existing group to receive the opportunity to book their favorite weekend the next year.
