Refunds and Cancellations

Spiritual Retreat Foundation (SRF) may cancel a reservation in the case of severe weather conditions, a Town emergency, and/or if all the contract stipulations are not followed. All reservation fees will be returned in full if this situation occurs.

Event Sponsors may cancel a reservation under the following criteria: THE $500 RESERVATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE; event sponsors must cancel their reservation in writing at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event. Events cancelled within 90 days are subject to the following chart. See our booking calculator for explanation of Minimum Guaranteed Charge (MGC). The MGC will be determined by building and retreat length.

 Cancellations within 90 days:

89 - 60 days before event a 25% cancellation fee will charged

59 - 30 days before event a 50% cancellation fee will charged

Less than 30 days before event a 100% cancellation fee will charged

Final Count and Minimum Guaranteed Charge

It is the responsibility of the event sponsor to notify Sanctus Ranch of their final count 10 days prior to the event. At that time, an invoice will be created, and payment is due prior to the start of event. The invoice will be based on either the lodging and food charges per guest, or the Minimum Guaranteed Charge, whichever is greater.
